- Water as required
- Onion – 1 (chopped)
- Carrots – 2 (chopped)
- Apple cider vinegar – 2 tablespoons
- Sea salt
- Chopped parsley (optional)
- Take a large stock pot and add plenty of water in it. The ingredients and flavorings used in this recipe gradually make it thick and soupy.
- Heat the mixture on a low flame for at least 4 hours. You can get them roasted them in a smoker or oven first to enhance the flavor of your bone broth.
- After 4-5 hours add the vegetables and spices to the mixture and continue boiling it for some more time.
- Once the mixture starts to thicken add chopped parsley to it and serve it hot.
